Jay Anthony has been fixing things for people since childhood. He built his first computer at age 17 and has been helping people with their computers ever since, from college help desks to network support at a digital service bureau.

Laura Nass started programming computers in high school and earned her bachelors in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, thereafter starting a career as a software engineer working with embedded systems.
